Intex has launched a 4G VoLTE enabled feature phone called the Intex Turbo+ 4G. With this Intex becomes the third company to launch a feature phone with VoLTE support in India. If you may recall Lava first launched the Connect M1, then Reliance announced the JioPhone and now this one.

The Turbo+ 4G is dual core powered, it is a simple phone a feature phone with limited functionality. The Intex Turbo+ 4G supports 4G with VoLTE which means you will be able to use Reliance Jio SIM on this handset. This phone comes with alphanumeric keypad.

Turbo+ 4G is packed with 4GB of internal storage and 512MB RAM, it also supports external micro SD card of up to 32GB. The screen (non touch) is 2.4 inches supporting 320 x 240 pixels resolution.

Intex Turbo+ 4G VoLTE enabled feature phone launched

Rear camera is 2MP and front camera is 0.3MP resolution. This feature phone also comes with built in Torch, Bluetooth, FM radio and is running KaiOS. Intex Turbo+ 4G gets power from a 2000 mAh battery.

Intex Turbo+ 4G feature phone price has not yet been disclosed but along with this Intex also launched about eight 2G feature phones and they just mentioned that the price will be between Rs. 700 to Rs. 1500. ‘

So this Turbo+ feature phone price probably will be Rs. 1500 or cheaper considering that Intex launched this feature phone to compete with Reliance JioPhone. Intex’s 4G feature phone will be available in market by Diwali.

  1. Dear Gogi Sir,
when we will be getting the Intex Turbo+ 4G mobile on local and online stores?

    1. i wonder if there is wifi and all why those people could go for smart phones , it is intended for those who pay huge amout for calling in 2g where as 4g calling is almost free (according to jio) and may that help the needful who earn not 4 figure or 5 figure salaries

    1. in my opinion a Feature phone is a must along with a smartphone, because even a Rs.1 lakh smartphone’s battery has 1 day life max where as a Feature phone will have at least 8 days of batter life on a single charge.

    1. Rs 153 plan for feature phones has 1 month validity (28days).
Normal 399 plan has 84days validity (28+28+28) which means 133rs per month.
If we can use the jio sim from smartphone with 399 plan in intex feature phone then there is no need of rs 153 plan

  2. Now new war begins….
I think this will be getting ahead bcoz of its unlocked sim features.
Ddefinitely i will buy this phone.
Everyone will agree to that the calling phone must be very small in size as it is very easy to handle..
And big screen phones should be used occasionally for net and other multimedia purposes.

    1. This doesn’t have WiFi and the Jio phone has it, that’s going to be the differentiating factor.

    1. it will be priced Rs 1500 which is reasonably good price as it comes unlocked and can be used with any other operator.
