The build quality is very good, looks premium and pretty light weight. When you wear it you hardly feel you are wearing a headset. Paring process is simple and this Bluetooth headset connects instantly.
I used it for coupled of days for my morning and evening walk, battery life is definitely very good. You get up to 10 days of usage time. Plus very comfortable to use, earplugs are very secure thanks to the neck band. Plus you can also use the wire clip to join the wire so as to create a necklace and secure the headset further (good for extreme sports).
Sound output is very good, perfect mids, lows and base. The earplugs cover the ear and blocks surrounding noise to some extent. Simply remove the earplugs and drop them, since they are connected to the neck band they will keep hanging around, so when not in your you can keep it that way.
Another very good buy, this Leophile EEL NeckBand Bluetooth Headset, and it comes for a very good price tag.
