Another quad core handset the Karbonn Titanium S9 with 5.5 inch HD screen and running on Jelly bean 4.2 shows up on Snapdeal website. The handset can be pre-ordered for Rs. 999, and the remaining amount, when the handset is released in 4th week of July.

The price details are not yet disclosed. Karbonn S9 is a dual SIM handset with 1.2GHz quad core processor (probably MT6589). Though there is an error on Snapdeal page that says 1.3Ghz as well as 1.2GHz.

Touchscreen is 5.5 inches with 720p (HD) resolution with multi touch support. There is 13MP rear and a 5MP front camera. The rear camera is auto focus with LED flash support. RAM is 1GB and internal storage is 16GB. It looks like the micro SD slot is missing.

Other features included are 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, DLNA, micro USB, audio jack, GPS and Bluetooth. Battery looks good at 2600 mAh capacity. There is no mention of the price but pre-bookings have already started. We are still waiting for the Karbonn S6.
