The Karbonn smart A34 HD tablet with dual SIM slot is now available for Rs. 7,290. This 7 inch tablet runs on the Android 4.0 OS and comes powered by 1GHz cortex A9 single core processor.
Tablets with built in SIM slot and phone functionality are not that popular. It does sound exciting until you purchase it. Many of the users who have bought tablet with phone functionality have at some point of time moved to smartphones as it is more convenient specially when making or receiving a call.
The Karbonn A34 HD sports a 7 inch screen with 1024×600 pixels resolution. The ICS OS runs on this tablet with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage. There is a rear camera of 2MP resolution and a front VGA camera. The key attraction is the dual SIM option; however do note that 3G is not supported. You can connect an external 3G dongle if you need 3G accesses, but via the SIM slot only the 2G network (EDGE) is available.
Other features are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS (needs confirmation), micro USB port and 3.5mm audio jack. The battery is of a standard 3000 mAh capacity. The Karbonn A34 tablet with 800×480 pixels resolution is available for Rs. 6,999 on Flipkart and the Karbonn A34 with HD screen resolution comes for a price tag of Rs. 7,290 on Infibeam.

so please help me how can i remove this vibrate
warning- im a biased ex-user, Had bought karbonn a7+ in jan2013, and soon after found the speaker went silent, the service center is in an awful dirty vegetable market, unapproachable and no parking nearby, and the center said leave the phone behind for 4 days, i said i prefer to pay and get it fixed than leave it in this rat hole service centre to keep coming back. waste of time. so i say avoid all karbonn products, bad service and build quality. not worth the pain.
Hi gogi!
I wanna buy a quality tab. I have shortlisted following three tabs from samsung, but highly confused between them. Budget not a problem.
1) samsung gt 2 p5100 10.1″ screen, dual core,7000 mah,1gb ram @25900/_
2) samsung note 8 n5100 8″screen, quad core,4600 mah,2 gb ram @29900/_
3) samsung note n8000 10.1″ screen, quad core,7000 mah,2 gb ram @34500/_
Which will be best value for money?
I previously owned a stupid nxg xtab a10 plus, bought for 8000/_ which expired in two months.
Which of the above will you recommend as best vfm, budget not being a problem. Plz give your honest opinion. Reply asap,i wanna make the decision tonight.
Thanks in advance. If mr.gogi is too busy, other experts are requested too.
this tablet Is not good no 3g ram only 512 so bad.
I have bought lava xtron tab. The performance is really good. Have installed a lot of hd games all play really good. But display is sort of a turnoff. Only this is the issue. Otherwise its good. Wifi range is good and standby also.
“some point of time moved to smartphones” – the idea of having a 3G tablet is wrt to data. Most of the manufaturers would target US where having a 3G connect would indebit them to another contract.
I usually have to tether my smarphone with tablet whenever outside wifi zones.
Hi.. that’s part of it .. if you read the full sentence it will make sense. I known many users who got the tab with SIM for surfing as well as to be used as a phone… Now they have bought an extra phone.
Please review LAVA Etab Xtron+ is it a good buy @ Rs. 7000. can you please suggest any better alternatives.
ICS and 512 MB RAM. NO!
We will have the Q1000 review today gogi?
