Pls Always test the coverage range in a straight path in an open area
so that it gives an idea to install the modem in suitable place.

Because we 4 neighbours share the wifi connection on an intex modem.
    Not having good range.
Can you suggest me a good range modem

  2. Pointless to buy this if the need is high-speed wi-fi connectivity. High speed broadband like ACT pushes bandwidth upto 60 Mbps which is incompatible with routers like this one which support only 802.11g/n protocols. Max bandwidth that can be accessed wirelessly will be 40 Mpbs!!

Would’ve been an ideal and cost-effective router to purchase if it supported AC protocol as well. Plus absence of USB makes this a useless product.

  3. Seriously what a stupid omission to leave out USB connectivity. Who is providing Internet speeds high enough to need this? The main appeal is the intranet speeds for a personal cloud solution. You can get up to 2-2.5 MBp/s on FTP transfer with 300mb/s. With this, could have pushed it up to 3 to 3.7 MBp/s which makes a big improvement for larger files(1 gb and up)

  4. With three antenna how much speed difference ? or how much coverage improve ? or it is only fool people?
I think it is batter to buy two rower or three router ( TP-LINK TL-WR740N Rs 890 online) and place 2 or 3 difference place for more coverage with help of Bridge Setting.

      1. I have a couple of external drives. Both 1 TB. If it had USB port, I could have connected it and shared across all my wifi enabled devices (couple of tablets, 4 phones, 2 laptops, 1 desktop)
