It seems Panasonic are now getting the price right, they have launched Panasonic T31 a dual core handset with 4 inch screen for Rs. 7,990. This handset sails on Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and also supports FOTA (firmware over the air) updates.

The Panasonic T31 is 11.9mm thick with a weight of 120 grams. This dual SIM handset supports 3G and houses the same MT6572 (Cortex A7) clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali 400 GPU. The performance and benchmark will near about be the same as compared with Micromax A74, Micromax A76, Micromax A63 and Xolo A500S.

This smartphone comes with dual cameras, a 3.2 megapixel placed on the rear (without flash support) and front VGA camera. Handset will be available in Black and White colour options.

Panasonic started its mobile journey with Panasonic P51 that was way overpriced, but some of the Panasonic handsets that were recently launched seem to be decently priced.
