  4. My phone- infinix note 4 recently had charging issues. It was fixed at Calvary. Though software was reinstalled, which wiped off all my data etc.
I later updated my infinix note 4 to Oreo 8.1 as prompted. My phone reboots. But still indicating Nougat 7.0 in the software details.
If I check for updates, it would indicate that my phone is on the latest software. Meanwhile, it’s still indicating Nougat 7.0.
Please I want back the Oreo 8.1, because that wS was what my phone was running before I took to Calvary.
    Kindly help me.

  16. Bad experience after updating Infinix Note 4 to Oreo OS.

Problems which i faced after updating the OS.

Phone is hanging multiple of times, if used for long hours.
Few features are missing after oreo update.
    Low sound.
Battery draining a lot within few hours after full charge. Quick charge is not working in Oreo.

At last my phone was hanged after long duration of call and automatically shutdown. After rebooting the phone, only company logo is blinking with blank screen.

Went to service center and they confirmed due to OS failure, phone got hanged.

I think it is untested version released to the Indian customers.

Please not to upgrade to Oreo.
