Motorola announced the Moto G5 and the Moto G5 Plus their next handset in the Moto G series at the MWC 2017. The G5 is powered by snapdragon 430 processor and the G5 Plus is powered by snapdragon 625 processor.

Moto G5 is a dual SIM smartphone sailing on Android Nougat. This handset houses the snapdragon 430 64 bit octa core chipset with Adreno 505 GPU. Screen is 5 inches protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 supporting 1080p resolution.

Users can choose from optional 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB ROM. Micro SD card of up to 128GB can also be used. Rear camera is a 13MP shooter and front camera can shoot in 5MP resolution. Key features are 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, finger print sensor on front, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Speaker is on the front.

Moto G5 houses a 2800 mAh battery with rapid charging support.  Moto G5 price starts from USD 210  approx Rs. 14K.

This dual SIM handset is powered  by snapdragon 625 64 bit octa core processor clocked at 2GHz with Adreno 506 GPU. Screen is 5.2 inches full HD (1080p) with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Android Nougat runs the show with optional 2GB/3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. There is another variant that comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM.

Rear camera is 12MP using SONY IMX 362 sensor with a f/1.7 aperture and supports 4K video recording. Front  camera can shoot in 5MP resolution. Other features are 4G LTE with VoLTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, finger print sensor, WiFi and Bluetooth. A 3000 mAh battery with turbo charging comes built in.
