Motorola Moto E launch is in the pipeline but it looks like the specifications are already out. The handset is listed on Brazilian store with full specifications and images. The Moto E will be launched in India within the next few days.

The model number as listed on the Brazilian site is XT1025 which is different from what was imported into India. As per the import data the Model XT1022 was shipped into India. There are 3 Moto E models – XT1021, XT1022 (this will be launched in India) and XT1025.

There is not much of a difference between these models. The XT1021 is single SIM, XT1022 is dual SIM and XT1025 is also dual SIM and supports digital TV tuner. Indian users will get the dual SIM XT1022.

As per the specifications mentioned on the Brazilian website, the Moto E XT1025 will be powered by 1.2GHz dual core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon) running Android 4.4 KitKat. The screen is 4.3 inches screen with corning gorilla glass protection. The screen resolution is not mentioned.

There will be 1GB RAM, 4GB storage and 32GB SD card support. The 5MP camera on the rear will be without LED flash and can record 480p videos. There is no front camera mentioned. Key features are 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Interestingly the specifications state that GPS is missing, but as this is a different model, probably it could be present on the Indian version, if the GPS is indeed missing that could be disappointing.
