  1. What’s the point of selling a tablet with such a trash processor when Intel has already announced Intel bay trail processor

  2. very very attractice price for 64GB variant.I dont have budget to buy :(.But if i had around this much of money to spent i would have bought it instantly

I love windows tablets by acer.

    1. Wait for the cellular version. I would also prefer if they provided a FULL USB slot(not micro-usb) Much Easier then to use a dongle for on-the-go internet. OTG cables are really not very ergonomic for carrying around. If some seven inch android tablets like the original Wammy Note and an early Bsnl tablet can have their own full usb slot, why can’t this one, which is already reasonably thick?

one would be apt according to the
    following considerations of mine e.g.,
    Great looks,Min. or zero lag,Good
    proccesor,Fairly decent after sales
service and not to forget a good
    camera.
    I’ve considered Gionee elife e6 &
    micromax canvas turbo,But am really
confused which one to buy am not
really a fan of micromax’s hardware
and aftersales service cause of the
bitter past experience i’ve had with
this company but still wanted your
opinion that which one would be apt
    according to my considerations!
Budget is not an issue for me,Please
sir help me out ! 🙂
Please sir do reply me this time.

    1. The best option would be to go with Samsung if you are looking for after sales. S3 or the new galaxy grand 2. There is one more interesting phone the gionee E7 launching today. Price Not yet known. But it’s loaded with powerful features.

  5. Is it RT or Pro version of windows? Means can it b d substitute of a laptop? RT windos doesnt provide d desktop access! if so then what reason people can buy RT enabled Tablet like Microsoft Surface?

    Someone pls xplain…

    1. Only reason is to buy a rt tablet is that you can only get access to the apps from the store provided by microsoft and yes acer iconia w4 is full windows means you can run .exe files and softwares which you cannot run on rt tablets you can use iconia w4 as laptop by connecting keyboard and mouse to it !!

    2. Pro. Full Windows 8.1 Just like the W3 and cheaper(by around 5 k) and more powerful(quad-core instead of dual-core Intel Atom) as well. There’s a micro-sd expansion slot also. But the OS is still 32-bit Windows 8.1 because of the Intel processor. It seems there is even a place for a sim card slot and they may release a cellular version in the near future. A cellular version with 64 gb storage for around 25 k may even be worth buying. A student edition of MS Office is also included.

And Gogi, the screen is IPS, not TFT LCD like last time. So great improvements all round by Acer. One more heave and people may even start buying these tablets.

    3. It is with Windows 8.1 same as desktop version. Alternatives are dell venue pro 8, pro 11, Asus t100 and Microsoft surface 2. Dell venue pro 8 is Available in India.

  6. I think so it should be priced at 21 k than only it is good to bye becoz at 30k adding 5k we can get lenovo s210t a laptop with pentium ….
