ZTE launched the Blade A2 smartphone for RMB 699 that comes to approx Rs. 7K. The ZTE Blade A2 is MediaTek octa core powered running Lollipop with 2GB RAM and also comes with built in finger print sensor.

Blade A2 features and specifications

The ZTE Blade A2 (upgraded version of ZTE Blade A1) houses the MediaTek MT6750 64 bit Octa Core processor clocked at 1.5GHz with Mali T860 GPU. This dual SIM handset (Hybrid Slot) sports a 5 inch screen with 2.5D curved glass supporting 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) resolution.

There is 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage and the micro SD card slot can house up to 128GB external cards. Blade A2 weight is 135 grams and thickness is 7.9mm. On the back there is a 13MP auto focus camera with flash and front facing camera is of 5MP resolution. The front camera also comes with LED flash support (Front Facing LED).

Key features are 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi, Finger Print sensor (on the back) and Bluetooth ver 4.0. A 2500 mAh non-removable battery powers up this handset.

ZTE Blade A2 can be pre-booked in China for RMB 699, shipping will begin from 15th June.
