Videocon A27 is a dual SIM ICS phone sailing on a 1GHz single core processor with a 4 inch WVGA screen with 3G support will soon be available for a price tag of Rs. 5,999. The handset is already listed on Flipkart.

The Videocon A27 supports dual SIM with 3G (3.75G). The price of approx Rs. 6,000 I believe is too high especially when the Micromax A89 a dual core handset is available for just Rs. 200 extra i.e. for approx Rs. 6,200.

The A27 runs on Android 4.0 OS with 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage. The handset is 11 mm thick and comes with dual cameras. A front 0.3 megapixel and a rear 3.0 megapixel with flash. The handset supports 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with A2DP, 3.5mm jack, GPS with A-GPS and micro USB.

The multi touch capacitive touch screen supports resolution of 800×480 pixels. The battery is standard Li-ion with 1500 mAh capacity that gives a talktime of 4 hours on a 2G network. The A27 comes with Proximity and G-sensors.

For the price I think it will be better to go with the Micromax A89 as you get the power of dual core, can run 720p videos and the camera is just about the same as on Videocon A27.
