The Toshiba AT200 a 10.1 inch Android Tablet will compete with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and there are some areas where the Toshiba AT200 is already leading. AT200 is just 7.7mm thin which makes it the ultra thin Android tablet.

The Toshiba AT200 specification is even more impressive. This ultra thin tablet is powered by the Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS. I had just covered a post before on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 which too houses the Android 3.2 OS. If you compare the thickness with Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1, the Toshiba AT200 is 1 mm thinner.

Toshiba AT200 features

Powered by the Android 3.2 OS the 10.1 inch tablet comes with a 1.2 GHz TI OMAP 3340 processor with 1GB DDR2 RAM and 64 GB of internal memory (microSD).

The Toshiba AT200 weighs 558 grams again a plus point over the Galaxy Tab 10.1 which is 565 grams, but then few grams hardly matter. The AT200 tablet dimensions are 256 x 176 x 7.7mm as compared with Samsung Tab 10.1 which is 256.7 x 175.3 x 8.6mm, advantage Toshiba.

The AT200 comes with two 1.5 W stereo speakers and can play variety of audio and video formats. The 10.1 inch capacitive LCD panel with LED backlight supports multi touch on a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.
