Nokia today launched the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 smartphones in India. To begin with the Nokia 3 is MediaTek quad core powered, packed with 2GB RAM and houses a 2650 mAh battery. Nokia 3 price in India is Rs. 9,499.

So finally Nokia is back with real Android operating system. The Nokia 3 comes with 5 inch screen with 720p resolution. It is using MediaTek quad core processor, dual SIM, specifications are decent, however the price seems too high.

Hard to say how this handset will perform in the Indian markets, there are better options available for this price range. Build and finishing of this Nokia 3 would be worth looking for. And well there is no finger print sensor on this handset.

Interesting thing to note is that this Nokia 3 handset will be sold in offline markets.

  1. It will be a blockbuster in offline stores for sure. Retailers might be increase the price according to the demand.

      1. @sachin you are surely a noob, the offline market is different from the online counterpart. Success will depend on marketing.

      2. Dude, it’s not a joke. The offline customers don’t give a damn about processor or performance, they just want a reliable and branded product so Nokia will surely become a blockbuster.

  2. This phone will perform really well in the offline market. Nokia realizes that you don’t have to give SD 652 and 4GB RAM for 10k if you are targeting the offline market.

  3. Only faithfull Nokia Fanboys will buy it than sold it at half price after 3 months and will buy xiaomi or Yu or Moto, etc. Slowly the fanboys will fade away and in the end the same story. It will once again be sold to another chinese company for an even lower price, again RIP Nokia….once more.

  4. Build quality is not a deciding factor to for Nokia in 2017 because most phones launching in 2017 are metal build. So expecting Nokia to provide proper software updates and good after sales service. Hope Nokia is proving better camera then Chinese brands like xiaomi. Lenovo otherwise it’s going to be hard to survive for Nokia.

    1. Phones have metal build, but design matters. Redmi note has metal in it but offers little to support the phone structurally. Nokia 6 has an excellent build and can survive most drops even without protective casings. Same can’t be said about a redmi metal note.

  5. I think this would be biggest hit of 2017, I know price is high compared to specs but its Nokia. Not any Chinese cheap unknown company.

  6. Gogi, Nokia was all about it’s durability, camera and music. If all 3 parameters work together, it will be huge success in offline market…Deewana bana de…No…kiaaaaaa…..

    1. Build quality is indeed excellent. Not sure about camera as not that good as per YouTuber. Price is on higher side even for offline market. Considering Nokia has no service center now. Just my thought.

      1. I don’t believe in you tuber…It has to be professional like Gogi…let’s wait for Gogi’s review

        1. Well I don’t think camera quality to be that good like cool 1 , honor 6x, Moto g5 plus. That’s my point.

  7. Build quality and timely updates will be its selling points. A little too late Nokia!

    1. It’s not chinese garbage like Xiaomi, coolpad or gionee to be priced so cheaply.

      1. You are talking as if they are made in Finland. Nokia phones are also made in Foxconn owned Chinese factories, just like Xiaomi
