LG G2 is the Korean phone maker’s new flagship handset that comes powered by a 2.3GHz quad core processor with a 5.2 inch screen supporting full HD resolution. The handset will be first released in South Korea and then in other international markets.

The single SIM (Nano SIM) handset is 8.9mm thick and weight is 143 grams. The display with a ultra narrow bezel (just 2.65mm) is 5.2 inches supporting resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Its IPS LCD screen with Gorilla glass 3 protection.

The LG G2 makes use of GRAM also called Graphic RAM that helps improve battery specially when viewing still images. The G2 is powered by 2.3GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (Krait 400 processor) coupled with Adreno 330 GPU.

This handset runs on Android 4.2.2 OS with 2GB RAM. Users can choose from 16GB or 32GB internal storage options. Some countries might get the handset with MicroSD slot (no confirmation yet).

A primary auto focus camera of 13MP is placed on the rear with 8X digital ZOOM, HDR mode, audio ZOOM, face detection and many other features. There is LED flash support too. The front camera is of 2.1MP resolution. Full HD video recording at 60 fps is supported. The front camera can also record videos in FHD mode.

Other features included are 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi (a/b/g/n/ac), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack and micro USB port. Depending upon the market the handset may come with 3000 mAh Li-po battery or 2610 mAh. Stay tuned for more.
