When you hear the name Lenovo you immediately associate it with laptops and Netbooks, well now the company has joined the android smartphone bandwagon by showcasing their fist smartphone model called the Lenovo S2 at Consumer Electronics Trade Show 2012.
The Lenovo S2 comes with a 3.8 inch touchscreen with all black look and with a curved body. This is a single SIM phone with supported resolution of 480 by 800 pixels with amazing clarity and brightness.
The S2 houses a 1.4 GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 Processor with Android Gingerbread 2.3 OS. Once the OS is loaded the custom made Lenovo Magic 3.0 user interface takes over. The screen resolution is impressive and so is the 8 megapixel camera plus a VGA front facing camera.
