Lava Mobiles today has launched a new phablet in the Iris Series – the Lava Iris 550Q. The 550Q sports a 5.5 inch screen with HD resolution and is powered by a quad core processor. This phablet will hit the stores soon for Rs. 13,000.

The Lava Iris 550Q is powered by 1.2GHz quad core processor. The 5.5 inch IPS OGS screen supports 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Even with a bigger screen of 5.5 inches the phone is pretty easy to handle thank to the 3mm super narrow bezel.

The screen also comes with full lamination giving the handset a more classy look. There is 8MP auto focus camera placed on the rear and 2MP on the front. Front camera is fixed focus and rear camera can record videos in full HD resolution.
