  1. I feel, such strategies work for mid and high end phones. Not for budgets phones where two category of people either change their phones after 1.5years or do unlimited days talktime recharge..

I am still in thinking that how this Jio model of every month some amount of recharge from customer will not work longer because that’s how not rural indian people expect

  3. 199/month for next 36 months ???
When jio already offering 149/month and BSNL offering 485/90days unlimited who will be ready to pay 199/month to air tel for next 3 years continuously!

    1. I’m not ready to pay for the phone..But im ready to pay for airtel plan..Bcz it offer much better speed than jio in my place..And forget bsnl..sucking at a 3g network which even can’t stream hotstar or other streaming apps….I used it for 4 years..Now never gonna revert back

Jio was only providing 2 gb for 149 before but after airtel’s introduction of 199(un limited call +28 gb) plan they had to change the plan bcz of airyel

  5. its like Insurance,
Paying installments continuous.. & there comes a point when people forget to pay 1 month.. then its over

they wait till people get fed up of recharging & rather throw the phone away… i bet most people ppl will end up like that

    good Strategy
