The iBerry AUXUS Nuclea N2 is now launched for Rs. 19,990. This handset comes powered by MT6592 1.7GHz octa core chipset running Android 4.2.2 over a 5.7 inch FHD screen. There is built in NFC support and iBerry also claims this to be the first handset in India with Wireless Charging feature.
The iBerry AUXUS Nuclea N2 can now be pre-booked for an introductory price of Rs. 19,990 valid for 6 days (starting 18th Jan). After the introductory period the handset will be available for Rs. 23,990. The handset can be wirelessly charged with other Wireless chargers but in case you want to buy the iBerry Wireless Charger it will cost you Rs. 2500 extra.
Nuclea N2 is 8.5mm thick and weighs about 189 grams. The hardware 1.7GHz MT6592 Octa core is coupled with Mali 450 GPU. The 5.7 inch OGS screen supports 1920×1080 pixels with 16M colors and comes with corning gorilla glass protection.
There are proximity, magnetic, light and accelerometer sensors. NFC is also included. This dual SIM handset (a micro SIM and a regular SIM slot) supports 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. There is a 13MP rear AF camera with BSI sensor + LED flash and front camera of 8MP resolution. OTG is supported.
Android 4.2.2 runs out of the box with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage and 64GB external Micro SD card support. A 3500 mAh battery (Li-ion) gives talk-time of up to 14 hours. iBerry will also roll out Android 4.4 Kit-Kat update by end of Q1 – 2014.
iBerry AUXUS Nuclea N2 for Rs. 23,990 (Rs. 19,990 for limited period starting today the 18th Jan 2014.) can be pre-booked from their official website. Product will be dispatched from 31st Jan. Wireless charger will cost an extra Rs. 2,500.
I had the misfortune to pre-book iBerry’s Auxus Nuclea N2 when it came out in Jan.’14. While they charged the credit card immediately, the phone was not delivered in the promised 15 days but actually took 1.5 months to arrive, in early Mar.’14 (and that too without a back cover which, after a complaint, was delivered some days later).
After use for less than 2 months, it froze one fine day in early June. The local (Gurgaon) workshop gave it back after a week. But within a couple of days it started giving signal problem – very low signal strength. Submitted again at the workshop in mid-June’14, it was reportedly sent by them to ‘Delhi workshop’, where it is lying since then, reportedly “Waiting for parts” (from where, God knows!). Repeated complaints to the workshop as also to Iberry Channai have proved useless – they just keep giving dates without actually giving back the phone. I’ve sent them a notice, and am in the process of filing a complaint at Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.
Stay well away from this company’s products – seems they don’t have any infrastructure (even their so called ‘service centres’ are shared with other companies) or even parts to service the products they sell.

Hats off to ur efforts bro, i m really a big Fan of u & ur expertise but this time u gone li’l off color by reviewing This Nuclea N2 as it is really a nightmare …. the Team iberry has really cheated their valued customer by showing high end specs & delivering such a piece of shit … i hv also ordered & given it preference over Lenovo Vibe Z there was uncertainty on releasing the set in INDIAN market… so i taken a chance with this but i was cautious & after ur review i was highly satisfied, but………but when it came in my hand the then i realized how big fool was i m … here are some facts of Nuclea N2 ( Plz keep in mind that m not tech geek or expert, what is said here are on the basis of own experience with the N2 )
1. phone looks gud but Build quality is poor as and not appealing as its shown on pics.
2. buttons are not smooth u hv to push it harder each time.
3. it shuts down in every few minutes when screen goes idle.
4. bluetooth also is a issue while transferring files frm other phones it is nt showing anything in notifications.
5. Iberry says that the N2 is FHD..lolzzzz ..i dun think they even know what HD screen look like ..worst screen resolution ..absolutely no comparison in any class ..even 400*600 screen looks better than this ..
6 and at the least …Battery .a big gimmick played by iberry here ..they mentioned that N2 has big 3500 MAH Battery ..but bro believe me its nothing better than any other 1500 MAH battery and looks very ordinary . all juice vanishes in hardly 3 hours of 3g net and 3-4 hours of video playing …
there so many things too which i didnt mentioned here like camera & sound quality and the build quality … but bro i just wanna req. u to plz dun give a Damn look or even blink ever to these pieces of shit ..as there r many followers who trust ur expertize and ur words as i do ..Sorry bro if i hurt u or ur emotions as it is purely unintentional..& humbly regretted …i just aware every lover of N2 only to not to waste there money on these gimmicks…MMX, Gionee, Lenovo, or far better ..not get fooled by huge specs which are looks gud in reading ..reality is totally different… i hv lost my 20k but dun want other to do so …. Bad Company.. Very very Bad company…. Don’t waste your time and money with this company.. They had launched Nuclea N1 with so much hype of smartphone but phone was defected from day one.. Service is pathetic. They don’t have 400+ service center. They have 400+ collection center.. These collection center collects the phone and send to Chennai service center.. They take atleast 6 weeks in repair for your phone and try to steal your money by giving you false clarification. They have given there SERVICE CENTER in Hapur, Uttar Predesh. But it doesn’t exist in hapur from day 1. Even they are aware of this fraud.. Ghaziabad center fraud, Noida Center Fraud..
Suppose you are buying Nuclea N2 at prebooking and You have paid an amount today and they have promised to deliver the phone after the 20 days..
It means that your warrenty period has been started from today and you don’t have your smartphone in your hand.
You guys should first search about this company on google.com .. they are hyping their useless product.. Product will not work more than 4-5 months.

@Rajkumar. A comment without a support ticket# will not help us in anyway nor we can initiate any process of escalation or quicker resolution.
However, with the given inputs, we can clarify that we have over 400+ service centers across India out of which over 300 service centers in key cities have L1, L2 & L3 services (which means they do all kinds of servicing on site) while others does L1 and upto L2 (except chip level issues). Those in the interior and remote cities will not be capable of performing chip-level or major issues. In such case, obviously the product should travel to another nearest city where chip-level issues are being undertaken. This is an industry standard and it is being followed by almost all the brands including that of non-Indian origin. We would also like to stress that the transportation/courier charges from your place to the nearest higher level center is being borne by us and the customer is not required to pay any charges.
However, though less feasible in quick time, we still would figure out ways to expand our higher level centers even in remote/interior cities in the future.
Another point to be noted here is that the warranty of the product starts from the date of dispatch/delivery of the product and not the prebooked date. If you’ve been given with any wrong information, kindly share the message that contained this wrong information so that we could take necessary corrective measures/action.
Dude.. Question is not of chip level issue.. Basic concern is that I made you aware that Your Authorize Service center in Hapur doesn’t exist and Either you should delete this entry from your authorize service center list or should arrange any in hapur. But In both case, you have failed.. It is basically called fraud because your list is long than actual number of authorize service center..
Hope you will rethink about it..

I berry has got overwhelming response due tto features of their product I.e. nuclea2. They have seen that it is well taken at this price I.e. 20000. Now they r cancelling orders and delaying delivery to earn 4000 more. Good product (may be) but bad service. I would better go for established brands and not risk hard earned money.

We neither canceled nor demanded the actual price from any of our prebooked customers. All we requested is for an extension of time for delivery for the excessive booking list of customers. Either you would have not ordered from us or you would be given with a wrong information.
No company would ever want to utilise and make the overwhelming response into dissatisfied customers.
Prebooked customers gets their order delivered for nothing more than Rs.19990.
Sorry to say iberry but seems matyamad is right. I prebooked the mobile on 22nd jan. I got confirmed message for delivery date of 3rd feb. On 2nd feb I recd call from your executive that the mobile will be delivered after 20th feb. As I was eagerly waiting for the mibile I annoyingly said either deliver on committed schedule or return my money.
Imidiately on same day I sent you an email that I am not cancelling my order, pls provide next confirm schedule. But next day, After my mail, you cancelled my order. I seny several mails and called customet support also. But not acting on written communication you seemed to be in hurry to cancel the order.You should answer why you cancelled the order on only one instance of telephonic conversation and not valued several emails. Is n’t something fishy?
@piyush. We assume your full name as Pranava Piyush (as there was only a single case in similar manner in this name that went for escalation for N2 excessive booking).
We retrieved the call record (conversation between you and our executive) and crossed checked and found that you indeed had given a confirmation to cancel the order as you could not wait for the proposed delivery schedule.
The sole purpose of the initiating a call from our side (that too on a Sunday and on a day prior to committed dispatch date) is to get the confirmation from the customers if they wish to proceed or cancel. Based on your confirmation, the cancellation has already been initiated at the very same moment on the same day. Once initiated, cannot be reverted back. Hence we were unable to undo the cancellation post your email request.
As a matter of fact, for your email request, one of our executive have also spoken to you the very next day evening @8pm in this regard and clarified/explained why such things have happened.
We are here to serve you to our level best. Unfortunately, we regret that this incident has turned out to be a disappointment to you, but trust us we did only basis your confirmation.
However, we would ensure such miscommunications are not happened in future and find ways to minimise such incidents.

Whatever you are telling, I’ve already mentioned in my views. I’ve already mentioned that on phone I annoyingly said that If you can not deliver on your committed date, pls return my money back. That happened on 2nd Feb, afternoon around 3.00 PM. Immediately at 3.25 pm, within 1 hour of telephonic communication I sent mail to your ids sales, corporate and support that to deliver the mobile to me. But despite the written communication from my side at 3.25 pm, I received mail at 5 pm that status has been changed to cancel. I believe your mails come real time basis. AND since than before, refund of amount in my account, I had several communication.
Your executive also accepted that the fault is at your side, but you cant do anything to correct it.
I appreciate that on all my calls at least you responded, though your response could not satisfied me as consumer.
If this incident would not have happened, my feedback could have just opposite, which you can imagine from an awared customer.
Better if these things be taken care in future. If pre-booking starts again as your executive said, you may inform me also. Meanwhile, the matter is closed at my end. Not satisfied with entire episode but no regret finally due to your prompt response (whatever it was).

AUXUS Team: How is the performance of the camera in auxus nuclea n2? Also I have already booked n2, prior to dispatch are you going to check with everyone that what color handset they would like to have?
@Mangesh. Camera is specially concentrated and works better in low light as well. The front camera (clarity) in particular has been made to look almost like the rear one. As a matter of fact, the front camera (and the rear camera) in N2 has Auto-Focus feature.

1) Yes, 2 authorised IMEIs for 2 SIMs are present. As a matter of fact, a phone without such IMEIs will NOT work in India.
2) We are considering the color option on the basis of consumers’ feedback. We will keep you updated.

U dont have the service center, may god save you.. Go through the reviews of N1 to understand how they make fool out of a customer and also go through my older comment in this forum.. I berry product are not made to use as we wish, infact only to keep it in show case and watch or to be with the company to analze the problems for months together..

You are right Joseph.. supportive customers means who can wait for their phone for 1-2 months without questioning them.. Iberry is fraud and cheap Chinese company which have defective and poor quality hardware. Even i am facing the hardware problem from day one..

@chandrakumar. We do not have any retail store in Tezpur currently. If you wish to purchase, you can opt to get it from any of leading online shopping sites. However, the prebooking of N2 is currently closed. Regular booking will be commenced shortly.

hello I berry team if you provide a stylus for nuclea n2 look like it’s very beautiful married couple ( phone+stylus ). I will definitely buy through offline nuclea n2 but missing stylus I disappointed a bit. Can I use other alternative stylus for my nuclea n2 ?

BTW, you can use any Capacitive Screen based regular stylus on this.
