  1. Hi Gogi,

Lenovo K8 plus is available for 7999 on flipkart for 3/32 variant. Is it worth buying or wait to Redmi 5 or go for Redmi Note 5.

I don’t really require an infinity display so leaving that aside which would be the best option and why?

    Thanks.

  3. If they will price 2/16 variant at 6999 then it will be a huge success like redmi note 4 and redmi 5A. A little higher at 7499 and 8999 (for 3/32) will also be great. But anything higher than that will be a plus point to the infinix hot s3 marketing.

    1. Yes and they are cheating with customers. They have not sold 5 million units, it’s my guarantee. They have sold than 2.5 million redmi 5A and increased the price to 6k. Now I think ten or D is a better deal than this one.

    2. yes price increased to 5999 for 2 /16 gb version, not worth for the price now, better go for 10.or D 3 /32 GB with fingerprint and gyro sensor for 5999 same processor

      1. Even Tenor.E 16gb ROM 2gb RAM seems better than Redmi5a 16+2gb model at similar price of 5999. Tenor.E has better processor Snapdragon 435 Octacore processor 5.5 inch Full HD Screen 4000mAH battery plus Fingerprint Sensor

        1. Definitely tenor is way ahead considering these two phones but the thing is software part is very important and Xiaomi is way ahead in that segment. MiUi is Crafted for attracting customers. And tenor is crafted for Amazon only… Lol

          1. For software part Xiaomi phones are still on nougat but Infinix giving Oreo on all it’s phones.

          2. I have both Redmi4a and Tenor E handsets. Gaming performance and battery life is better on Tenor E. Still photography is better on Redmi4a.

    1. Yes I agree but I don’t think they will make any changes to the conventional redmi 5 that was launched in China. But Indians very badly need a bigger battery and a dedicated sd card slot too. Redmi Y1 couldn’t do much because of a smaller battery size.

    1. Correct. Once got in cart we can purchase within 15 min. But Flipkart while making payment it will go in out of stock. Funny and stupid thing doing by Flipkart.

  5. I think xiaomi should stop doing this imho. They already have so many handsets in the below 10k category now, and even the hardware and features and design all are almost same, barring few differences here and there, there is hardly any difference between them. And pita is their flash sales pattern with fake sales figures.

    1. But now new handsets are coming with 18:9 displays. Bigger displays with better specs. Not a bad thing. Old handsets will phase out.
