BookMyShow the known and most popular app for booking cinema tickets just got better. The latest update adds more features and improves overall user experience. However the most interesting addition is the Split Tickets option that allows users to share the total ticket cost.
If you are using BookMyShow you might have got an update, or if you haven’t you can manually check for the same. The new update added languages support (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi). A new feature called Mini Maps have been added that gives bird eye view of the seating arrangements in the premises – this helps you get a better idea about the hall and for booking desired seats.
Based on your usage history the app will now give you more relevant entertainment options. Another interesting features is called Split Tickets. Now this feature will help users to share the tickets with their friends or say a group. The total ticket cost are instantly shared – payments via My Wallet.
Cinema lovers can now also book food / beverages in advance, after the tickets have been booked.
