Over the years, it has awarded more than USD 2.15 million in prize money, fostering some of the region’s most promising esports careers.

A Milestone for India’s Gaming Industry

Gaming is more than entertainment — it’s a movement that connects communities and cultures, while fueling creativity and friendly competition,” said Andrew Hou, President of Acer Pan Asia Pacific. “Last year, we introduced our electrifying theme song, It Lies Within, along with a new animated series featuring Predator heroes Yuffy and Nero. We are thrilled to see the journey of the qualified teams continue on Indian soil.”

Harish Kohli, President & Managing Director of Acer India, emphasized India’s growing presence in the global gaming ecosystem:

“India has emerged as one of the fastest-growing gaming markets in the world. Hosting the Asia Pacific Predator League 2026 is a great opportunity to elevate the esports movement and inspire a new generation of gamers across the country.”

Regional qualifiers will kick off soon across Asia Pacific, with India’s qualifiers scheduled from September 1 to September 9. The country finale will be held on October 11, where the winning team will earn the chance to represent India at the Asia Pacific Grand Finals in January 2026.

The event promises high-intensity matches, world-class production, and a vibrant showcase of esports culture. Fans can expect live broadcasts, exclusive content, and behind-the-scenes access to their favorite teams as they vie for the championship title.
