Xiaomi has officially announced the Smart Band 10 Pro in China, and the numbers on this one are harder to dismiss than usual. Launched on May 21, 2026, alongside the Xiaomi 17 Max, the new fitness band pushes into territory that budget trackers rarely touch.

What Is New on the Band 10 Pro

The screen stays at 1.74 inches AMOLED but peak brightness jumps sharply to 2,000 nits, up from 1,200 nits on the Band 9 Pro. That is a 67% brightness gain, which matters more than it sounds when you are outdoors in Mumbai summers trying to check your stats mid-workout.

Body dimensions got slimmer too. At 9.7mm thick and 21.6 grams, the Band 10 Pro is physically lighter than its predecessor while still packing a 350mAh cell good for up to 21 days of battery life.

Smarter Health Tracking

The headline health upgrade is the new dual-light PPG sensor, which Xiaomi says delivers 98.2% heart rate accuracy. That figure puts it closer to medical-grade wearables than typical consumer fitness bands.

Two features are new to the lineup. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) tracking now gives users a read on recovery and stress levels beyond basic heart rate. And the updated Sleep Algorithm 2.0 brings 14% better sleep stage detection and 11% more accurate bedtime and wake-up tracking compared to the previous generation.

Sports, GNSS, and 150+ Modes

Built-in GNSS means the band tracks outdoor runs and rides without needing a phone nearby. Over 150 sports modes are on board, including an upgraded cycling mode with improved accuracy. The 5ATM water resistance rating keeps swimming sessions covered.

A high-voltage linear motor replaces the older vibration unit, making notifications and alerts noticeably crisper on the wrist.

Dual-Device Sync and Apple Health

Two additions will resonate with users tired of fitness tracker limitations. The Band 10 Pro now supports dual-device message sync, letting you receive notifications from two devices at once. It also integrates directly with Apple Health, a first for the Mi Band lineup that opens the door to iPhone users who want Xiaomi’s fitness tracking without friction.

Price and Availability

The Band 10 Pro comes in two variants. The aluminum alloy version is priced at CNY 399 (approximately Rs 4,600) and the ceramic edition at CNY 479 (approximately Rs 5,500). Both are on sale in China now.

Global availability, including India, has not been confirmed. Based on Xiaomi’s past launch patterns, international markets could see the Band 10 Pro between June and August 2026. India is not guaranteed, as Xiaomi skipped an official launch for the Band 9 Pro in the country.

If and when it arrives here, expect pricing in the Rs 4,999 to Rs 6,499 range based on China costs and Xiaomi’s typical India pricing.
