Another brand called Vivo will soon enter the Indian markets. They have partnered with Viacom18 Integrated Network solutions that will help build up their brand in India. Just in case ‘Vivo’ sounds new, they are the 6th largest company in China.

Xiaomi, Oppo, Gionee and many other Chinese brands have already set their base in India, there are some more planning to and here is another brand called Vivo that will be available in India soon. Vivo will launch few handsets in India priced between 7K to 50K. There will be budget friendly smartphones as well as premium quality smartphones.

Vivo will be importing handsets into India initially, and within 3 years they will start their own manufacturing unit in India. Most likely Vivo will launch the XPlay 3S, Xshot, X3S, Y22 and the Y15 smartphones in India. These models are already available in some countries.

Internationally Vivo is a leading Hi-Fi and smart smartphone brand well known for its innovative technology.

Let’s see what they can come up with and if they can manage to get better and affordable handsets for the Indian consumers. There is also a rumor about the Vivo X5 handset that could probably be the thinness smartphone with a 4.7mm thickness.
