Videocon today launched their first 4G enabled smartphone the Videocon Z55 Krypton with a price tag for ₹7,999. This dual SIM smartphone sails on Android Lollipop and is powered by 1.3GHz quad core processor.

Videocon Z55 Krypton is running Lollipop over a 5 inch IPS screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. This screen is protected with Dragon Trail X glass protection. Handset houses the MediaTek MT6735 quad core processor (64 Bit) clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali T720 GPU.

This dual SIM handset is 8.6mm thick and packed with 13MP AF camera on the rear with single LED flash support plus a 5MP fixed focus camera on the front. There is 1GB RAM, 8Gigs of internal storage and external micro SD card support.

Additional features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi. Videocon Z55 Krypton gets power from a 2200 mAh battery. This handset will be available in White / Silver and Black / Gold colour options for 7,999.
