The Swipe Marathon got silently listed online for Rs. 4,599. This is a dual SIM handset with 3G support and it gets power from a massive 4000 mAh battery. This handset however is powered by a 1 GHz dual core processor (chipset unknown).
The dual core Marathon smartphone may not be as powerful as the quad core smartphones but with dual core processing power and a 4000 mAh battery it surely will give a very good backup time. Swipe Marathon sails on KitKat Android 4.4.2 with 512MB RAM and 4Gigs of internal storage. 32GB micro SD cards are also supported, in case you want to add additional storage space.
Capacitive touch screen is 4.5 inches supporting 854 x 480 pixels resolution. The handset also comes packed with a 5MP camera on the rear and a VGA camera on the front. Key features are 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Not sure if GPS is supported.
When it comes to the battery the Marathon is using a Li-ion 4000 mAh battery that should give a very good talk time. Standby time is about 2 months.
