A new point and shoot camera by Sony called the Cybershot DSC HX350 has been launched and now available on Amazon for Rs. 26,999. This camera can shoot in 20.4MP resolution; it also comes with DSLR like creative modes.

The Sony Cybershot DSC-HX350 is using EXMOR R CMOS sensor (Carl Zeiss Lens) and BIONZ X image processing engine to deliver excellent shots with extraordinary details. This is a high zoom camera that comes with 50x optical zoom plus 100x clear image zoom.

Cybershot DSC-HX350 can record full HD 1080p videos with optical SteadyShot.  There is a electronic view finder with 100% field coverage, you also get DSLR modes like M/S/A/P. Camera weight is around 1.3KG and sports a 3 inch tiltable LCD screen.

Max photo resolution is 20.4MP, 50x optical zoom, min focal length is 4.3mm, max shutter is 1/4000 and min shutter is 30. There is build in flash with flash fill, Sync, slow sync modes. WiFi and Bluetooth are missing.

  1. Wifi & Bluetooth always missing in sony. I have hx200, great cam I would say. You can call it hybrid SLR.

    1. Not always missing, in fact Sony is the only company which provides bluetooth, wifi and nfc in most of their cameras. My 4 years old WX200 and RX100 M2 has these connectivity options. It’s strange to see why Sony is not giving these features in this latest camera. It’s a step backward from Sony.
