Sharp is gearing up to launch their first full screen smartphone called the SHARP Aquos S2. They will launch this smartphone on this 8th of August at an event in Beijing, China. This handset will go on sale from 14th August in China.
Unique thing about the SHARP Aquos S2 is the use of FFD i.e. Free Form Display, with this the company were able to dig small holes in the screen to accommodate the front camera and also the receiver. The screen to body ration on this handset will be as high as 84.95%.
Though the SHARP Aquos S2 will feature a 5.5 inch screen but as per SHARP it feels like a 5 inch screen. We will get a better idea about the specifications once the device is launched but as per rumors it will be Snapdragon powered, running Nougat and screen resolution probably will be 2048 x 1080p.
And this smartphone will come with finger print sensor under the screen.
