Xiaomi will be launching a new handset on 24th November and most likely it could be the Redmi Note 2 Pro, in fact Lin Bin (President Xiaomi) posted an image of the smartphone on Weibo. Redmi Note 2 Pro might be using the Helio X10 chipset.
As per leaked info (nothing official yet) the Redmi Note 2 Pro may be powered by the MediaTek MT6795 Helio X10 octa core processor clocked at 2GHz with powerVR G6200 GPU. This dual SIM handset with 4G support will be running MIUI 7 based on Android 5.0 with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage and external micro SD card support.
The handset sports a 5.5 inch IPS screen supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. There is 13MP AF camera with dual tone LED flash and a front facing camera of 5MP resolution.
Key features are 4G, 3G, 2G, GPS, fingerprint scanner, WiFi and Bluetooth. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro battery capacity is not yet known. Stay tuned.
