Panasonic today launched a ultra compact, light weight wearable FHD camera the HX-A1 in the Indian Markets for a price tag of ₹19,990. The Panasonic HX-A1 is a fixed focus camera that can shoot in max FHD resolution at 30fps and also capture still images.

This rugged camera is shock and water proof (up to 1.5m) and even dust, freeze proof. XH-A1 can shoot at night with no light japes thanks to the 0 Lux night mode feature. HX-A1 can shoot videos continuously but if shooting for a longer period it will erase older scenes if there is shortage of space.

Total Mega Pixel is 3.5, it can shoot still images in 2.6MP resolution. This camera can shoot FHD videos at 30fps, 720p videos at 60fps and 480p videos at 120fps. Wide angle shots are supported (120 and 150 degrees). Max illumination is 6lx and minimum focus distance is 30 cm. Shutter speed supported 1/30 to 1/12000.

There is SD card slot that supports micro SD / SDHC / SDXC up to 128GB. Videos get recorded in MPEG-4 format. This camera comes with built-in battery – capacity unknown.
