OnePlus is rolling out OxygenOS 4.5.7 for OnePlus 5 smartphone. It will happen is phased manner so all you guys using OP5 watch out for this update. This new update will add EIS in 4K recording mode – this sounds interesting.

These updates happen in phase manner not everyone will get the update in one go, but slowly and steadily this is done so that in case of an issue with the update the bug can be fixed and the issue will be controlled before it spreads out to a larger audience.

The OxygenOS 4.5.7 incremental update will be via OTA (over the air). Make sure to keep the battery level at over 75% when updating the OS. There is no need to backup your data. As mentioned this update added a new feature the EIS mode for 4K video recording.
