Lucknow, 30 August 2025 – In a groundbreaking initiative to revolutionize primary education, OPPO India has joined hands with the Government of Uttar Pradesh’s Department of Basic Education and UMMEED NGO to establish smart classrooms in 44 government primary schools across five districts of Uttar Pradesh. This ambitious project, scheduled for completion by March 2026, is set to benefit nearly 5,000 students by providing access to modern, technology-driven learning environments.

- Agra – 6 schools

Inauguration of the First Smart Classroom
The first smart classroom under this initiative was inaugurated at Primary School, Bhaja Kheda, Lucknow, marking a historic milestone in the journey towards digital education. The event was graced by eminent dignitaries, including:
