The OnePlus 6 is here and priced at Rs. 34,999. I got the review unit a day before and here is the unboxing and first impression. The OnePlus 6 that I am using is packed with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage space.
Unboxing the OnePlus 6 – the box packing is the same as seen on OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T, inside you will get the handset, user guide, sticker, safety information, USB to USB Type C cable and Dash Charger 5V/4A.
The build and finishing is too good, there are 3 color options to choose from – Mirror Black/ Midnight Black/ Silk White. The one that I am using is Mirror black, it is using glass on the back. Both front as well as back glass is Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protected.
Do check the video to see how the Mirror Black reflects in ‘S’ style. This is a dual SIM handset you can use 2x nano SIM, also dual VoLTE is supported. I tried using 2x Reliance JIO SIM and it worked. You can use two JIO SIM’s together. There is no micro SD card slot / support.
Screen looks great its a 6.28 inch screen with FHD+ resolution, 2.5D curved, Optic AMOLED screen. There is LED notification, you can customize the color. OTG is supported, you will need to enable OTG support in settings (it gets disabled after 10 minutes if not used). There is finger print sensor on the back and face unlock is supported. Both finger print sensor and face unlock are extremely fast, instant.
OnePlus 6 comes with 20MP + 16MP dual camera setup on the rear, front camera is 16MP. Inside the hood it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa core processor with Adreno 630 GPU. All important sensors are available.
A 3300 mAh non-removable battery powers the OnePlus 6, fast (dash) charging is supported. OnePlus 6 Full review coming soon.
