OKWU Omicron 4G VoLTE handset launched in India for Rs. 10499

OKWU a customer focused mobility start up launched a new handset called the OKWU Omicron, today. This is a dual SIM handset with 4G VoLTE support and powered by a quad core processor. Omicron price in India is Rs. 10,499.

OKWU Omicron features and specifications

This is dual SIM smartphone using a 1.5GHz quad core processor from MediaTek and running Marshmallow version 6.0.1 out of the box.  OKWU Omicron features a 5.5 inch 1920 x 1080 pixels IPS screen and loaded with 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM plus 64GB micro SD card support.

On the camera part the rear camera is PDAF that can capture images in 13MP resolution and front camera is a 5MP shooter. Other features are 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth. There is finger print sensor too.

OKWU Omicron comes with a 3000 mAh battery. It will be available in India for Rs. 10,499. OKWU had first launched the OKWU Pi handset in India.

Considering quad core chipset at over Rs. 10K the price is high.
