Notion Adam II tablet may soon hit the Indian markets for a price tag of approx Rs. 12,000. This tablet sports a 10.1 inch IPS screen running the Jelly Bean 4.2.2 OS.

The tablet also comes with a secondary screen, a unique feature that makes it stand apart. The secondary screen is with black and white display for notifications. The 10.1 inch screen supports 1280×800 pixel resolution.

This Notion Ink Adam II tablet comes with 1GB RAM and probably 4GB or 8GB internal storage (not confirmed). This tab is powered by dual core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. There is a 2MP camera on the rear as well as on the front side. There is a SIM slot option but not sure if it supports 2G or 3G networks.

Other features included are Wi-Fi, HDMI port, 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth and micro USB port. The battery is of a really good 6000 mAh capacity. The company claims that on a single charge the tablet can work nonstop for over 9 hours.

The price of Rs. 12,000 seems good enough considering the battery life, 10.1 inch screen and the secondary notification LCD screen. No word about when the tablet will be made available in India.
