Moto E 2nd Gen 3G was launched for Rs. 6,999 and still available for the same price on Flipkart. The Moto E 2nd Gen 4G version is now available on Flipkart for Rs. 1,000 extra i.e  Rs. 7,999. 4G version is available in White and Black colour options.

The Motorola Moto E 2nd Gen with 4G support is using a different chipset – qualcomm snapdragon 410 64 bit quad core clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 306 GPU. It is running Android 5.0 out of the box over a 4.5 inch screen with 960 x 540 pixels resolution. It’s a TFT LCD screen with corning gorilla glass protection.

This is a dual SIM handset with GSM + LTE support (only one SIM slot supports 4G). Handset weight is 143 grams and it is 12.3mm thick. There is 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM. On the first boot users will get about 4.5GB free internal storage space. They can also use micro SD card of up to 32GB.

Moto E 2nd Gen 4G now available

The 2nd Gen Moto E 4G also comes loaded with 5MP auto focus camera on the rear and a VGA camera on the front. Additional features are 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. This Moto handset gets power from a 2390 mAh built in battery.

The Moto E 2nd Gen with 4G support is now available for Rs. 7,999. It is a better option that the 3G version in case you are planning to use the 4G networks, however it still does not compete with the Lenovo A6000 in terms of pricing and certain features.
