Motorola today launched the Moto C Plus handset in India. This is an upgraded version of the Moto C and comes with enhanced features like 720p resolution screen, 8MP rear camera and a 4000 mAh battery.

The Moto C Plus no doubt is better than the Moto C handset. This C Plus is using MediaTek MT6737 64 bit quad core processor with Mali T720 GPU. This handset also comes with 720p screen i.e. a 5 inch IPS display supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.

If you want you can check the Moto C Plus vs the Moto C comparison to know about the specifications that are different. 4G with VoLTE is supported, common features like WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS are included. This handset runs clean version of Android Nougat 7.0 with Google Assistant and it comes with a separate micro SD slot.

This smartphone comes with an 8MP AF camera packed on the back with flash support and the front camera does not look that promising with a 2MP resolution. Another unique thing about the C Plus is the 4000 mAh battery that it houses. You can expect a very good battery life considering the battery capacity and a quad core that will consume less battery juice.

  1. Other than good battery nothing much to talk. It will be ok to buy only if Motorola promises to give upcoming android O update.

    1. My moto e3 power did not received any major android update, this mobile belongs to C series which is below E series so no android O update.

  2. Lenovo always launch most of Mediatek Processor phone, as the result Moto M still didn’t got Nougat update.

    Moto Used to provide 2 major update for moto g, and moto e 1 major update
    for ex
    Moto G – Jelly Bean – >Kitkat – Lollipop
    Moto G2 – Kitkat -> Lollipop -> Marshmallow
    Moto E – Kitkat ->Lollipop

    but after moto covered by Lenovo
    Moto G3 – Lollipop ->Marshmallow
    Moto E2 – :Lollipop
    Moto E3 – Marshmallow

    So don’t expect much more from Lenovo

  3. Whats is special except 4000 battery.
    Rest is bakwas.
    No sensors.
    Good for offliners.

  4. Yr yeh lenovo ke under h na moto toh sab lenovo.ko bekaar bolte h aur moto ko accha why people say moto phone are good but lenovo phone are poor???

  5. Avoid it. It doesnt even hav light sensor. Mediatek processor…total crap.. Go for redmi 4 with sd435 and almost all sensors

  6. 2MP is disappointing. They could have given at least 5MP. Also at this price point they could have added better Qualcomm processor.

  7. As processor, ram, camera are downgraded. Highlight of this Handset is powerful 4000 MAH Battery Back-up…….
