Micromax Canvas Fire A093 quad core with Kitkat for Rs. 6999

Micromax has launched another 1.3GHz quad core powered smartphone called the Canvas Fire A093. It runs on Android 4.4.2 over a 4 inch screen with WVGA resolution. Looks good design wise and for the price, however it comes with 512MB RAM.

The Micromax Canvas Fire A093 houses a 1.3GHz quad core processor – probably MediaTek. Screen is TFT of size 4 inches with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. As far as the memory and storage are concerned the A093 comes with minimal 512MB of RAM and 4Gigs of internal storage (650MB assigned for apps and 1.5GB as the phone storage). External cards of up to 32GB is supported.

This dual SIM handset (WCDMA + GSM) supports 3G, 2G (EDGE/GPRS class 12), Wi-Fi (b/g/n) with Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP and GPS with A-GPS support. There are 3 sensors, accelerometer, light and proximity. This handset also comes packed with dual cameras. There is VGA camera on the front and 5MP on the rear with LED flash.

The product has not yet been listed on the Micromax official website but can be bought from InfiBeam for Rs. 6,999 – Black Gold colour option.
