Xiaomi launched a new product Mi4i in New Delhi yesterday, they also announced the availability of Mi Band in India. This fitness band will be available on Mi.com website for a price tag of Rs. 999.

I guess it will be another flash sales from Mi.com portal, users will need to register. Registration will start from Tuesday and the first 1000 users who register can buy the Mi Band for just Rs. 1. Mi Band is you most affordable fitness band with military grade sensor that delivers up to 30 days of battery backup on a single charge.

This band is dust and water resistant (IP67 certified) you can wear it and just forget it. It comes with aluminium alloy core with 3 LEDs and with hypoallergenic silicon band. Mi Band is available in different colour option.

Apart from the hardware (Mi Band) the other attraction is the Mi Band software that you will need to download. The app will keep track of your physical activities, distance traveled, activity levels, calories burned and it can also track your sleep activities. You can use the band to get notification alerts and can unlock your phone if it is within the Bluetooth range without having the need to enter the password / draw pattern. There is hardly any setup required, this band is intelligent enough and can detect when you are sleeping, walking, running etc.

xiaomi Mi Band coming soon
