LG L90 is expected to be launched in India pretty soon, but it has already made an entry in Russia. The L90 is listed on a Russian website for a price tag of Ruble 9990 that comes to approx Rs. 17,000 INR.

The L90 runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS and comes powered by 1.2GHz cortex A7 Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 quad core chipset with Adreno 305 GPU. This is the same hardware that powers the Motorola Moto G.

Will it compete with the Moto G handset, well only if it can get as affordable as the Moto G that is currently selling for under Rs. 14,000. The dual SIM LG L90 sports a 4.7 inch screen with qHD resolution (the Moto G is a little better). Screen comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection, Moto G is one step ahead with Gorilla Glass 3.

There is 1GB RAM, 8GB storage and micro SD card support, well the L90 does come with a micro SD card slot that is missing on the Moto G, advantage L90.  The LG L90 also comes with either an 8MP or 5MP rear AF camera (depending on the market)  and 1.3MP front camera with 1080p video recording.

Key features are 3G (21Mbps), Wi-Fi (b/g) with hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB and GPS with GLONASS / A-GPS. The battery is 2540mAh capacity that should easily last for over a day with moderate usage.

Some of the specifications are better than the Moto G and if it is priced a little higher than the Moto G it would still do well. Motorola will also be launching the Moto X in India.
