The LG L80 dual core mobile with Knock Code and running on Android 4.4 has been launched for Indonesian rupiah 2500K (approx Rs. 13K). This handset will be available in both dual and single SIM versions.

L80 is one of the handset in the LG L-Series. It houses the dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 cortex A7 MSM8210 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 302 GPU. Sony Xperia E1 is also using the same chispet. The dual SIM version is with dual standby mode running on the Android KitKat 4.4.2 OS with 1GB RAM and 4GB storage.

The handset supports external micro SD card up to 32GB. The LG L80 comes with a 5 inch screen with 800 x 480 pixels resolution with 16M colors. There is a secondary VGA camera and a 5MP primary camera with LED flash. The rear camera is auto focus.

Main features are 3G (21Mbps), 2G (EDGE/GPRS), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with GLONASS / A-GPS. The L80 comes with a battery of 2540 mAh capacity that should easily last over a day with moderate usage.

No word when this handset will be available in India. The handset in India could be priced at under Rs. 15,000.
