LG has launched the LG G3 smartphone they call it – “simple is the new smart”. This flagship model comes loaded with high end features and some new interesting features. No words about the price tag.

To start with the LG G3 comes with a 5.5 inch screen with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. The LCD screen with true HD IPS display supports multi touch and comes with corning gorilla glass 3 protection. Handset weight is 149 grams and is 8.9mm thick.

G3 runs on Android KitKat 4.4.2 on qualcomm snapdragon MSM8975AC 801 (quad core) CPU with Adreno 330 GPU. There is micro SD slot that supports 128GB external cards. You can choose from 2GB RAM and 16GB storage or 3GB RAM and 32GB storage.

A 13 megapixel camera is placed on the rear with dual LED flash. The rear camera comes with phase detection laser auto focus technology that is not only precise but amazing fast – can get a focus lock within 0.3 seconds.

The rear camera can also record videos in 2160p resolution at 30fps and 1080p at 60 fps with stereo sound. There is a secondary camera too with 2.1MP resolution also capable of shooting 1080p @30 fps selfie videos.

Key features are 4G (LTE), 3G, 2G, GPS with GLONASS, infrared, KnockCode, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, DLNA and Wi-Fi (a/b/g/n/ac). This handset comes with a 3000 mAh battery and it’s removable.

Still no word about the LG G3 price tag.
