Lenovo Vibe X2 Octa Core goes on sale for Rs. 19999

The awaited Lenovo Vibe X2 dual SIM octa core powered smartphone and the first of its kind to use a layered design will be available on Flipkart, starting today for Rs. 19,999. And like with every new launch, it will be with some launch day offers – Lenovo Charging Case for Lenovo Vibe X2 for Rs. 99 and more.

The Vive X2 is unique and proudly claims to be the world’s first layered smartphone. You can connect an additional battery back i.e. add a layer and get up to 75% more battery life (mega backup) or you can add the Vibe X2 speaker that will deliver JBL quality Hi-fi audio.

The Lenovo Vibe X2 is octa core powered using the MediaTek True 8 Core MT6595m chipset clocked at 2 GHz and coupled with PowerVR G6200 GPU. Handset weight is just 120 grams and is about 7.27mm thick with default layers. X2 comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. It sails on Android KitKat with Vibe 2.0 UI.

Vibe X2 is available in single SIM and dual SIM options; in India they have launched the dual SIM version. The capacitive touch screen is 5 inches supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is IPS display with corning gorilla glass 3 protection.

X2 also includes a 13MP rear auto focus camera with LED flash. Rear camera can shoot 1080p videos. There is a front camera too of 5MP resolution. Also packed are light, magnetic, accelerometer and proximity sensors. Key features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi (ac/b/g/n), GPS, FM and Bluetooth 4.0.

The Vibe X2 houses a 2300 mAh Li-Po battery that gives talk time of up to 19 hours on 3G networks. Lenovo Vibe X2 sales will commence from 10AM today, exclusively on Flipkart with launch day offers for Rs. 19,999.
