The Lava Iris 450 Color price is now official, available for Rs. 7,999. The handset has already reached few local mobile stores and within few days will be available across India. The Iris 450 is powered by 1.3GHz dual core processor with Mali 400 GPU.

The Lava Iris 450 color as the name suggest is more about the looks. The Iris 406Q on the other hand is cheaper and houses the snapdragon chipset. 450 is a dual SIM handset (WCDMA + GSM). It runs on stock Android 4.2 over a 4.5 inch IPS screen with 854 x 480 pixels resolution.

The RAM is  512MB and internal storage is 4GB. Of the 4Gigs storage, 2.43GB is free space available for the user. Users can also use micro SD card of up to 32GB. This handset sports a 5 megapixel camera which is fixed focus and there is a front camera too of VGA resolution.

Iris 450 is 10.5mm thick and the weight with battery is 136 grams. Key features are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with A-GPS. OTG is not supported. The battery is Li-ion of 1800 mAh capacity. It gives talk time of up to 8 hours on 3G networks.
