Minecraft fans now have another way to show their love for the game. Fossil has launched the Minecraft x Fossil Limited-Edition The Nether Chronograph Watch in India, priced at Rs 19,495.
Instead of simply adding a Minecraft logo to a regular watch, Fossil has designed this model around The Nether, one of the most recognisable dimensions in Minecraft.
From its lava-inspired orange dial to its dark gun-metal finish, almost every part of the watch carries some connection to the game.

Lava-Inspired Dial With Nether Theme
The first thing you will notice is the bright orange dial, which is designed to look like flowing lava from The Nether.
It is surrounded by a gun-metal stainless steel case. The dark finish is inspired by Netherite, one of the strongest materials players can craft in Minecraft.
This is also a chronograph watch, which means it comes with a built-in stopwatch function. The smaller sub-dials on the watch face can be used for timing.
Fossil has added a block-style texture to the bezel, and the same design continues onto the integrated stainless steel bracelet. This gives the watch a more rugged and game-inspired appearance.
Another interesting detail is the glow-in-the-dark torch hands. They make it easier to check the time in low light while also matching the torch theme commonly seen while exploring Minecraft.

Fossil uses a lenticular caseback, which changes its appearance depending on the viewing angle. It has been designed to look like a Minecraft portal, creating the effect of travelling from The Nether back to the Overworld.

What Makes This Minecraft Watch Interesting
What makes this collaboration different is the attention given to smaller Minecraft details.
Instead of relying only on Minecraft branding, Fossil has used elements from the game throughout the watch. The lava-style dial, Netherite-inspired case, torch hands, block-textured bracelet and portal caseback all connect back to The Nether.
This makes the watch feel more like a proper Minecraft collectible rather than a normal Fossil watch with a game logo added to it.
