Acer has introduced a new gaming handheld that packs powerful hardware into a compact body. The Predator Atlas 7 is the latest addition to Acer’s Predator handheld lineup, bringing Intel Arc graphics to a smaller 7-inch form factor.
Announced during Acer’s next@acer global press event in Berlin, the Predator Atlas 7 is designed for gamers who want strong gaming performance without carrying a bulky device.

What Makes the Predator Atlas 7 Different
The Predator Atlas 7, model PA07-I51, comes with up to an Intel Arc G3 Extreme processor and Intel Arc B390 graphics. Intel’s Arc G-Series platform is designed for handheld gaming PCs, with a focus on delivering good gaming performance while managing power consumption.
Acer also bundles Xbox Game Pass with the handheld, giving users access to a large collection of games. Since the device runs Windows 11, users can also install Steam, Epic Games Store and other PC gaming platforms.

Wireless connectivity includes Intel Killer Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

Project DualPlay Mini: An Interesting Concept
Along with the Atlas 7, Acer also demonstrated Project DualPlay Mini, an 8-inch concept device that can switch between a gaming handheld and a small laptop.
It uses a flip-and-swivel hinge. In laptop mode, users get a built-in backlit keyboard, which can be useful for games such as first-person shooters where keyboard controls may be preferred.
Switch it to handheld mode and it works more like a traditional portable gaming console.
The device can also be connected to an external monitor, allowing it to work as a small productivity PC when required.
Acer has also added a small detail celebrating its 50th anniversary. The words “Acer 50 since 1976” appear in Morse code on the back cover, referring to the company’s founding year.
