Another tablet from Datamini called the TWG8 dual boot with 32GB storage (Wi-Fi + 3G) got listed on Snapdeal for ₹7,499. The unique thing about this Intel quad core powered tablet is that it comes with dual boot option.

The company had already launched a 2 in 1 tablet with dual boot option but that was with a 10.1 inch screen and priced at ₹12,036. This one is a trimmed down version.

There are two operating system, users can either boot to Windows Home 10 or can boot to Android Lollipop 5.1. Inside the hood this new tablet houses the 1.3GHz Intel Atom quad core processor. There is single SIM slot with 3G support – voice calling supported however that will work only when using the Android OS.

The Datamini TWG8 dual boot tablet sports an 8 inch IPS screen with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. There is 2GB RAM, 32GB storage and 32GB external micro SD card support. A 5MP camera is also included on the rear and a 2MP on the front.

Key features are 3G, 2G, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0. This tab gets power from a 4000 mAh battery.

  4. Good going datamini everything is good except external storage support at least 64gb expandable would be perfect or 128 would be mind blowing yar.

      1. They have deliberately held back on battery capacity so that the sales of Data Mini 2 in 1 should not be affected. This is a product for people who really cannot afford to spend more than 10 k.

        But even for that, if you buy the Onda tablet from AliExpress, the overall price including shipping may come under 10 k. That has a retina screen and 64 gb internal as well as expandable storage. For the Windows part especially, the extra storage is crucial.

    1. I think it should have 1 TB SSD, Quad HD display and 8 GB RAM along with 4G. What do you say Rahul?
