Is Google AI Free?
The regular Gemini app can already be used for free, but the free version comes with lower usage limits and the standard 15GB Google storage.
Paid Google AI plans increase those limits and unlock additional AI features.
With this ASUS offer, eligible users can try one of Google’s paid AI plans for three months without paying the normal subscription charge during the promotional period.
Depending on the plan available for your ASUS laptop, you may get access to the following features.
| Tool | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Gemini app | AI assistant for writing, answering questions, ideas and general help |
| Deep Research | Researches information from multiple web sources and creates a detailed report |
| Google Flow | AI video creation tool that can generate scenes and clips from prompts |
| Nano Banana 2 | Google’s AI image generation and image editing model |
| Lyria 3 | Google’s AI music generation model |
| Gemini in Google apps | Adds AI tools inside Gmail, Docs, Sheets and other Google services |
| Gemini Notebook | Helps summarise documents, notes and study material |
Google AI Pro users can also get expanded access to developer-focused services such as Google Antigravity, Jules and AI Studio.
Antigravity is designed around AI coding agents, Jules can work with code repositories, while AI Studio lets developers test and experiment with Gemini models.
Google AI Plus vs Pro: Which Plan Will You Get?
Users cannot manually choose between Google AI Plus and Google AI Pro.
ASUS decides which subscription is available based on the exact laptop model. Some higher-end ROG or Zenbook models may qualify for Google AI Pro, while other supported laptops may receive Google AI Plus.
Here is a quick comparison.
| Feature | Google AI Pro | Google AI Plus |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud storage | 5TB | 400GB |
| Usage limits | Around 4x higher than free | Around 2x higher than free |
| Gemini Pro model access | Expanded access | More access |
| Deep Research and Flow | Yes | Yes |
| Developer tools | Expanded access | Limited |
| Standard price in India | ₹1,950 per month | ₹399 per month |
| Approx. value for 3 months | ₹5,850 | ₹1,197 |
The main difference between Google AI Plus and Google AI Pro is how much AI usage and storage you need.
Google AI Plus should be enough for many students and casual users, while creators, professionals and developers may find the higher limits of Google AI Pro more useful.
5TB Cloud Storage Could Be One of the Best Benefits
AI features may get most of the attention, but the included cloud storage can also be very useful.
Google AI Pro comes with up to 5TB of storage, which can be used across services such as Google Drive, Gmail and Google Photos.
That is enough space for a large collection of smartphone photos, 4K videos, documents and project files.
Even the 400GB storage included with Google AI Plus is a major upgrade over Google’s standard free 15GB storage.
How to Claim Google AI Pro Free on an ASUS Laptop
The offer can be claimed through the MyASUS app.
| Step | What to Do |
|---|---|

Things to Know Before Claiming the Offer
Google requires users to add a payment method while activating the subscription.
Once the three-month free period ends, the plan can automatically renew at the regular monthly subscription price unless it is cancelled.
It is therefore a good idea to check the subscription end date after activating the offer.
The redemption deadline is September 10, 2027.
Availability of some AI features, languages and usage limits can also depend on the Google account, age requirements and subscription plan.
Benefits of Google AI for Different ASUS Users
Different users can make use of the subscription in different ways.

How the ASUS Offer Compares With Other Google AI Pro Free Deals
There are already a few ways to get Google AI Pro free in India.
Google has offered student promotions from time to time, while eligible Jio users have also received access through promotional plans.
The ASUS offer works differently because eligibility is connected to the laptop itself.
There is no need to change your mobile network or provide a student ID. If the ASUS laptop model qualifies, the offer can be claimed directly through MyASUS.
Should ASUS Laptop Owners Claim the Google AI Offer?
For eligible ASUS laptop users, three months of paid Google AI access along with up to 5TB of cloud storage can be a useful bonus.
Students can use the research and note-taking tools, creators can experiment with Google’s image, video and music AI features, while professionals and developers can make use of Gemini and Google’s coding tools.
If you already own a supported ASUS laptop, open the MyASUS app, check the available coupon and see which plan your machine qualifies for.
Just remember to check the subscription renewal date after activating the offer so that you know when the free three-month period ends.
