Apple has launched the new iPhone it’s the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s plus. The 6s is priced at $649 (16GB), $749 (64GB) and $849 (128GB). The 6s plus 16GB will cost $749, $849 for 64GB and $949 for 128GB.

Both the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s plus is powered by Apple A9 64 Bit processor with M9 co-processor and running iOS 9 out of the box. The 6s sports a 4.7 inch screen supporting 1334 x 750 pixels resolution and the 6s plus comes with a 5.5 inch screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.

These handsets come with improved touch ID finger print scanner that as per the company is 2x times faster. On the camera part the 6s and the 6s plus is packed with a 12MP primary camera that can record 4K videos and a 5MP camera on the front. There is no LED flash for the front camera but the screen brightens up and acts like a flash.

Apple has also used a new technology called 3D touch on these new smartphones. The 3D touch is technically pressure sensitive screen that can register two types of inputs – tap and press. Other features are 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS, Finger Print Scanner and Bluetooth.

The new iPhones will be made available in 12 countries initially; India is not in the list.
