Huawei is rolling out Android 6.0 Marshmallow update on Honor 7 devices in India, however to get the update Honor 7 users will need to register. The latest update will be rolled out via OTA (Over the Air). Users will get the notification or they can manually check for updates.

If you are a Huawei Honor 7 user and want the latest OS you will need to register here, you will need to enter the IMEI number and the current OS details along with other details. Upon successful registration the roll out will begin after 24 to 48 hours.

Honor 7 was launched in India in October 2015 and as of now it is selling for ₹22,999. This handset comes with finger print scanner and powered by HiSlicon Kirin 935 octa core processor. It is packed with 3GB RAM, 16GB storage and 128GB external card support.

Screen is 5.2 inches supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Also included is a 20MP primary camera and 8MP secondary camera. Both front as well as rear cameras come with LED flash support. This is a single SIM handset with 4G LTE support that gets power from a 3100 mAh battery.
